The Infinity recognized as Breakthrough Commercial Real Estate Developer at 6th APAC Awards

The Infinity received the Breakthrough Commercial Real Estate Developer (Philippines) Award at the 6th Asia Pacific (APAC) Insider – Business Awards 2021.

An integrated township under AC Beautiful Island Realty Development Corporation, strategically located close to Angeles, Mabalacat, Clark Freeport Zone, and the Northern Luzon Expressway (NLEX), The Infinity is a commercial link to Central Luzon and beyond.

A new player in the field of commercial real estate, it boasts its vision of a one-stop work and play center, providing commercial office, educational, and recreational amenities all in one.

The 40-hectare land, master-planned by Palafox Associates, is poised as the first and largest central business district in Central Luzon.

In its goal to become the premier mixed-use development in the region, the township is looking to improve the quality of life of locals by putting up a strong business landscape and dedicated spaces for quality relaxation. With this, The Infinity will house commercial and office spaces and educational and medical centers, which can provide both employment and investment opportunities.

Aside from being a business district, The Infinity is also a center for leisure, entertainment, and outdoor activities. Its open-air amphitheater serves as an ideal venue for community events such as large-scale concerts, performances, and exhibits. On the other hand, The Infinity Play Lane caters to visitors’ active lifestyles with jogging paths and its latest attraction, The Infinity Bike Trail.

The township also foresees improved accessibility and lesser road congestion for commuters and motorists passing in the area, made achievable through two modern road networks: the Pacific Drive and Atlantic Drive, which stretched from Balibago to Magalang town, Angeles City’s East side, and the North Luzon Expressway

Also looking to capitalize on the strong market of Central Luzon, The Infinity features The Shoppes, a collection of low-rise two-level shophouses containing the best local restaurants, boutique brands, retail stalls, and other services. The Shoppes includes 18 commercial units that business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs can utilize. Another highlight of The Shoppes is its relaxing scenery. Visitors get to enjoy a spacious, refreshing atmosphere, combined with a nature-inspired ambiance along with al fresco dining.

The Shoppes’ expansion is in the works as more commercial retail spaces and projects are in the works for the 4th Quarter of 2022.
