Good news to all bikers and cycling enthusiasts of Pampanga! Clark Development Corporation launches “Clark Bike Days”. A program where the Prince Balagtas Road, one of the designated routes for “bike days”, closes to motor vehicles every Saturday and Sunday (except for FA Korea CC players and employees)
The CDC Tourism and Promotions Division welcomes bikers and cyclists in clark who would like to experience pedaling to various sites inside Clark Freeport Zone. Their mission is to not encourage a healthy lifestyle and promote and alternative way of transportation, the program also aims to stimulate local tourism and recover from the effects of the pandemic.
To ensure the health and safety of the cyclists during the activity, safety protocols and guidelines will be put in place. This includes adding traffic signages and lights for bikers to navigate the area. Wearing of face masks and maintaining a safe distance between bikers will also be implemented.
The morning program will be from 5 a.m. to 10 a.m. while in the afternoon, it will commence at 3:30 p.m. and end at 6 p.m.
