PNR Clark Phase 1, which is a 38-kilometer mass railway transport, now stands at 39.70% completion rate as of July 2020.
PNR Clark Phase 1 will connect Tutuban, Manila to Malolos, Bulacan, and will cut down travel time from one (1) hour and 30 minutes to 35 minutes.
Despite the current pandemic, the project continues, such as the construction for the temporary access roads, bridge, facility and more.
PNR Clark Phase 1 is expected to serve 300,000 passengers daily.
